The Customer Is Inquiring About Our Waiting And Lateness Policies
The customer can cancel his/her ride at different times however depending on the time of cancellation a cancellation fee might be applied as follows
Regular customers have the first 10 minutes of waiting time are for free.
Prime subscribers first 20 minutes of waiting time are for free.
Every Minute after last mentioned minutes (10 for regular and 20 for prime) the customer will be charged as follows:
For LEVC 7 EGP per minute.
For Mercedes E-Class / S-Class / Van, 14 EGP per minute.
For Premium, 5 EGP per minute.
For Comfort, 5 EGP per minute.
For Example: If a LEVC driver waited 16 minutes for the customer, the extra waiting fees will be as follows:
6 Minutes x 7 EGP per minute= 42 EGP.
Maximum waiting time is 30 minutes, after this 30 minutes the ride is regarded as No Show.
Note: The waiting policy is dependent on the pickup point. If the pickup point is the airport, then the free waiting time is 45 minutes. However, if the airport is the dropoff point, not the pickup point, the waiting policy for Safe Ride will be applied, "10 minutes."
Regular Customer: The Maximum wait time is 90 minutes. The first 45 minutes of waiting time are for free (This only applies for Trips from the airport and for trips to the airport it is treated like a safe ride), and the second 45 minutes the customer will be charged.
Prime Subscriber: The Maximum wait time is 90 minutes. The first 60 minutes of waiting time are for free (This only applies for Trips from the airport and for trips to the airport it is treated like a safe ride), and the second 30 minutes, the customer will be charged.
Every Minute after (45 minutes for regular or 60 minutes for prime), the customer will be charged as follows:
For LEVC, 10 EGP per minute.
For Mercedes E-Class / S-Class / Van, 17 EGP per minute.
For Premium, 7 EGP per minute.
For Comfort, 7 EGP per minute.
For Example: If a LEVC driver waited 60 minutes for the customer, the extra waiting fees will be as follows:
15 Minutes x 10 EGP per minute= 150 EGP.
Maximum waiting time is 90 minutes, after this 90 minutes, the ride is regarded as No Show, this only happens if we contacted the customer and there was no reply, if the customer replied, the driver can wait, and the customer will be charged the waiting fees accordingly, with the maximum waiting time still being 90 minutes.
Educate the customer also that LC doesn't track flights, so if there is going to be a delay to his/her ride he/she should contact us at least 60 minutes in advance to reschedule.
If the customer contacted us on the same day of the trip after it being marked as no show and he/she still wants the ride, you will need to do the following:
Call the operations team to reopen the ride for the customer.
If the trip is pay in cab submit a complaint to remove the standing amount, as shown here
Create a new booking for the customer following these steps
If the customer contacted us on a different day (after 00:00) of the trip after it being marked as no show and he/she still needs the ride, you will need to do the following:
Educate the customer about the standing amount, and send him/her a payment link to pay the amount.
Create a new ticket with the ride for the customer, following these steps
The driver will be waiting for the customer in the parking lot of the chosen terminal at the airport.
The customer can also add a comment in his/her upcoming ride for the driver with the passenger’s name to wait for him/her with a sign outside of the terminal.

Below is the waiting policy for Limo Rides:
The first 15 minutes of waiting time are free. The maximum waiting time is 120 minutes, however, it can be extended upon request and availability.
If the airport is the pickup point, the first 45 minutes of waiting time are free, after which the City to City policy will be applied.
After free waiting time customer will be charged per extra waiting minute and car type, as shown in the below table.
For round trips:
IF the round trip is on the same calendar day a complimentary 3-hour free waiting time in the destination city. However, it can be extended upon request and availability.
If the round trip is in another calendar day regular waiting policy will be applied 15 minutes for free with maximum waiting time is 120 minutes, however, it can be extended upon request and availability.
After free waiting time customer will be charged per extra waiting minute and car type, as shown in the below table
Below are the waiting fees for open day packages (2,4,6 or 8).
If the customer is complaining that he wasn't late for the driver and the he shouldn't be charged follow the steps shown here
