If the customer opens a new chat inquiring or complaining on the same issue in the previous ticket you don't have to open a new ticket just append it to the already existing one.
If the customer opens a new chat inquiring or complaining on a different issue, please create a new ticket with the correct contact reason, related ride ID & clear description.
