Accident 

• Make sure by asking the driver that he doesn't need medical attention.

• If the captain is okay ask him of all the details of the accident

• If the driver have assigned ride reassign the rides to another driver, as shown here

• Send an Email with all the details of the damages with photo documentation to:

• If the captain is okay ask him of all the details of the accident

• If the captain can't complete the ride and the customer can wait for a backup car reassign the rides to another driver, as shown here

• Inform the driver and the customer for the wait time for the backup car.

If one of our drivers was involved in an accident and it was the other driver's fault the following steps will be followed:

• The driver will contact the Ops. team with a detailed description of the accident and the damage inflicted on the vehicle and he will share images of the damage with the Ops. team

• The Ops team will assess the damage, and check the accident damage catalogue, to determine the amount that should be asked from the driver in fault.
  
  
  

• The Ops team will communicate the amount to our driver to obtain it from the driver in fault, once obtained the driver will communicate with the Ops team to confirm.

• If the driver in fault refused to pay this amount or it was a hit and run case our driver will have to make a police report detailing the incident, only after confirming with the Ops team.

• Once the amount is received from the driver the amount will be delivered to the finance team.

• It is recommended to update the prices in sheet on a bi-weekly basis as the market prices are volatile.
