If You Found 2 Accounts With The Same No. You Have To Merge The 2 Accounts
Once you search with the customer number you will find two customer accounts under the same number
Don't merge any accounts without approval.
It is prohibited to inform the customer that he has 2 accounts, proceed with merging the 2 accounts as shown below.
