If customer instead to cancel change ride status to "Cancel" use sub-reason "Pricing"
Change the ride status to "Cancel" through "Edit" button
NOTE: Edit button will be deactivated (unclickable) if ride status is "AT CUSTOMER".
Click on "Open Tickets"
2. Click on "Edit"
3. Click on "Ticket Status", to view the drop down menu
4. To update the ticket's status, click on the drop-down menu and select either "Cancelled" or "Lost Business," based on the customer's reason.

5. Choose the cancellation reason "Pricing" from the "Type Reason" drop down menu, based on the reason the customer mentioned
6. click on "Save"
7. click on "Save"
8. click on "Confirm"
Change the ride status to "Cancel " using "Details" button when "Edit" deactivated
1.Click on "Details"
2. Click on "Ticket Status"
3. Click on "Canceled"
4. Click on "Cancellation Reason"
5. Choose the cancellation reason
6. Click on "Save"

Contact Type 3: Cancelled within safe time
