If you informed the customer with the price of the ride it is mandatory to ask the customer is he/she needs to book
If the customer asks you if you can check it from your end (Using the dispatching)
Open London Cab Map and check if the area/city is covered.
Open the dispatching to follow the booking flow as shown here, then we the price is revealed to inform the customer with the price based on the car type.
Inform the customer that this is an estimated price and may vary slightly based on the exact pickup and drop-off.
Inform the customer with the dynamic ride policy, using the Q&A link on Freshdesk (safe - Airport - Limo) rides.
Don't book the ride until the customer confirms, he/she needs a booking.
Guide the customer on how to use the app for booking using the steps shown here.
If the customer is inquiring how to see the price on the app.

Educate the customer to use the app to put the pick up and drop-off points and choose the car type and timing to be able to see the price.
