The Customer Is Requesting To Go To A different Location, After Reaching His/Her Drop-off
If the customer is having a ride and he wants to go to a different drop-off during the ride or extend his ride length, for example:
The customer is having a trip from Point A as the pickup point, to Point B as the drop-off, and the customer want to go to Point C and alternate drop-off point
Educate the customer that he can continue the trip to his/her desired destination normally and the ride fare will be modified accordingly automatically as our ride are dynamic in pricing
The Customer Is Requesting To Change The ride from One Way To Round Trip
If the customer booked a oneway trip "Airport Or Limo" and wants to booked round trip instead:
Inform the customer that we will cancel the one way ride first (Considering the cancellation Policy)
Book the round trip ride to the customer confirming the pickup & drop off locations and the date & time for both 1st & 2nd rides.
