Rattling - Noises - Bad Cars Suspensio - AC poor condition - ramp issue or any related cab condition complaint.
Malfunctioning parts or features.
1- Take the full details of the issue and then apologize to the customer and inform him that we will take the proper action.
2- Forward an Emails with the full details of the car issue to:
Submit a Freshdesk complaint using the steps shown here
Change the ride status to "Lost Business" through "edit" button
Use "Lost Business" sub-reason "Cab Condition"
NOTE: Edit button will be deactivated (unclickable) if ride status is "AT CUSTOMER".
Change the ride status to "Lost Business" using "Details" button when "Edit" deactivated
Contact Reason
Contact Type 1: Issue with ride (during ride)
Contact Type 2: Other car-related
Contact Type 3:Not comfortable The cab is uncomfortable For example Seats not comfortable
Not clean/smells The cab has dust or smells bad
AC not working Ac is not working at all or isn't working fine
No Ramp when the customer complains that he ordered a cab with a ramp but no ramp was in the cab
