As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience, we’re excited to announce the launch of free Wi-Fi in our 15 cabs operating in Sahel

The customer receives an SMS upon boarding, which includes the network name and the Wi-Fi password.
If the customer reported any issue with the cab wi-fi, apologize and handle the customer, and you will escalate this to the designated team to fix the issue, don't promise compensation or follow-up- this is not an escalation but an internal investigation.
Escalate the case by sending a detailed "Ride Number" email to "mahmoud.gamal@aboughalymotors.com"
