The driver asked to change the trip status as he is following one of the below:
No Network Coverage
Applications Technical Issue
Phone Ran Out Off Battery
Click On "Operations"
Click On "Tickets List"
Click On "Show Search"
Add the search parameters in the search fields, then click on "Search"
5. Click on "Details", on the booking in question
6. Click on "Ticket Status"
7. Click on the status you need to change the trip status to, mostly " fir example: on the way - to customer - at customer - etc ..."
8. Click on "Save"
