How to Check the Driver's History

Steps

• Open LC Coaching & Deduction Tracker sheet

• Choose "Captain History" tab

• Click on "driver_en_name"

• Click on "Clear"

• Type the driver's name in the search bar, then select the driver

• Click "OK"

You will be able to see all the reported violation of the driver including:

• Violation Date

• Ticket Number

• Coaching & Deduction Validation, (whether the case was found to be valid or not after investigation)

• Violation of the driver

• Action taken by the C&D team

• Amount deducted if any

• C&D Specialist comment on the case
