How To Mark A Complaint As Invalid

Steps

• Open LC Coaching & Deduction Tracker sheet

• Choose "Tracker" tab

• You will be able to choose the validation as invalid under "column L"

  • • From the drop down menu select "Invalid"

• You will be able to choose the violation type under "column M"

• You will be able to choose the Action under "column N"

  • • From the drop down menu select "No Action Needed"

• C&D Specialist comment on the case under "column P"
