How To Document The Action Taken Against The Driver In The Tracker

Steps

• Open LC Coaching & Deduction Tracker sheet

• Choose "Tracker" tab

• You will be able to choose the validation as invalid under "column L"

  • • From the drop down menu select "Valid"

• You will be able to choose the violation type under "column M"

• You will be able to choose the Action under "column N"

  • • From the drop down menu select one of the following depending on the action taken:

      • • • • • Coached

              • Coached & Deduction Applied

              • Terminated

              • Terminated & Deduction Applied

• C&D Specialist comment on the case under "column P"
