How to Apply Deduction

Zoho People Login Steps

• Log into Zoho People using the following: Link

• Add you AGM Email address

• Go to your Inbox as you will be sent an OTP to use for login

• Copy the OTP and paste it in to Zoho People 

• Click on "Verify"

Applying Deduction Steps

• From the side menu click on "Organization"

• Then choose "Penalty جزاء إداري"

• From the top right click on "Add Record"

  • Employee: Search for the driver with his SAP Number, and choose the driver

  • Days/Amount: Choose Amount 

  • Deduction Value: Add the deduction amount in EGP

  • Reason: Write in the reason for the deduction

  • Date: Leave the date as is

  • Penalty Details: Choose if the violation is because of:

    • • Violation of Company Policy

      • Work Negligence

• Click on Submit
