Views and schedules (but not Sheets) can be copied by Duplicating them.
A Duplicated view has all the visibility and other properties that the view it was copied from had.
You can also nominate to have all annotation (text, dimensions, 2D work) copied as well.
If you want a new view that is like an existing one use this method.
First find the view you want to duplicate in the Project Browser.
Right click over that view.
Select Duplicate View;
then either Duplicate or Duplicate with Detailing.
The view will be created.
Before doing anything else RENAME THE VIEW.
If the view has a View Template assigned you need to remove it.
To do that in the Properties window click on the View Template parameter.
The Apply View Template dialog opens.
Select <None> from the list.
Back in the Properties window:
Rename the view with a prefix of X-yourintitals_ - (e.g. X-BH_plan).
Also change Sheet Series.SH parameter to working.
Next change the view type to working.
Click on the triangle to right in top box of Properties window.
Select working.
You can do the same with Schedules.
Find the schedule you want to copy in the Project Browser, right click over it and select Duplicate.
Once created don't forget to RENAME it.
