To keep standard dimension names brief establish defaults for all the different parameters that dimensions can have, then only include them in the name when they are non-standard.
DIMENSIONS FOR A PURPOSE FORMAT:
Dimensions for a particular purpose are prefixed with an asterisk (*), description of purpose then text height.
There is no need to add further descriptors to the name even if they vary from the standard.
