Revit (at least up to version 2020) has no capacity to tag profiled edges like gutters, fascias, slab edges etc.
Nor do those categories appear in a Multi-Category schedule.
To tag these elements with a code use the Keynote parameter and a Keynote Element tag.
Profiled edges like gutters, fascias, slab edges etc. are not included in a Multi-Category schedule.
Each category can only be scheduled separately.
Make sure the code in the Type Mark parameter matches the code in the Keynote parameter.
Add information to other parameters that will appear in the schedule.
Create the schedule for the category you want (e.g. Roofs > Gutters).
Include the Keynote field so you can check Type Mark and Keynote values are the same.
Filter Type Mark is greater than "".
Sort by Type Mark. Untick Itemize every instance.
Use the schedule to check Type Mark and Keynote values are the same.
Then edit the schedule, under Formatting tab highlight Keynote and tick Hidden Field.
Under Appearance tab untick Blank row before date, Show title and Show Headers.
Drag the schedule on to the sheets you want it on, place it below the Fixtures & Fitting schedule.
Repeat for other categories ( fascias, slab edges etc.)
