ADJUST FOR MULLION SIZE

A type property of Curtain Walls is to Adjust for Mullion Size.

Ticking the Adjust for Mullion Size parameter ensures each Curtain Panel is the same size.

The side effect of this is that mullions are not equally spaced.

BORDER 1 & BORDER 2 LOCATIONS

Revit doesn't distinguish between sills and heads, edge mullions are called 'Borders'.

Generally the sill is Horizontal Border 1, head is Border 2.

Vertically mullions at Beginning (where wall is drawn from) are Border 1, End (last point drawn) is Border 2.

So the direction a Curtain Wall is drawn is becomes very important.
