Bluebeam is a PDF viewer with markup, compare and other utilities. There is a CAD version designed for use with large format sheets. It comes with a PDF printer and printing add-in for Revit.
You can use Bluebeam as a PDF printer from the normal Revit print dialog, or use the Bluebeam Add-in to print.
Both methods use settings that can be saved. Bluebeam can be set up so it points to a centralized location for these settings.
This means everyone has access to the same settings. To do this you need to change some settings from within each install of Bluebeam.
Open Bluebeam, click on File tab.
At top right corner click on Settings triangle and select Administrator
INSTALL REVIT ADD-IN
Go to the Plugins tab.
Make sure appropriate plugin is ticked.
SET UP SHARED CONFIGURATION
Go to Net Configuration tab
Click on Managed Net configuration
Browse to shared folders for settings (in this case \\JWAFS1\Microstation\JWA_BlueBeam\ManagedConfiguration).
After you click Apply a dialog will appear.
Hit No Copy button if settings already exist;
Merge if you have made changes (i.e. saved particular settings) you want to keep;
Copy All if you are setting shared configuration up for the first time for the whole office (are you the BIM Manager?)
