Pimiento Cheese Toasts
Slightly adapted from Garden & Gun
2 cups sharp orange cheddar, grated (8 oz.)
½ cup Duke’s mayonnaise
½ cup Melissa's Fire Roasted Sweet Red Bell Peppers, drained and chopped
2 scallions, chopped (use both the green and the white parts)
1 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne
3 drops of Tabasco
Place all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, and fold together with a rubber spatula. Cover and refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.
