Kentucky-Style Pimiento Cheese

2 cups freshly grated sharp cheddar
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup chopped
Melissa’s Fire Roasted Red Bell Peppers
1/3 cup Duke’s mayonnaise
1 ounce Kentucky bourbon
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. onion powder
1/4 t. smoked paprika
1/4 t. Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 t. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 t. cayenne, more or less, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until combined. Store in refrigerator.
