Thanksgiving
This week we will finish our Thanksgiving theme. We will have some fun with turkey songs and activities.
Circle Time
Color Song Brown and Orange: We will sing our Brown and Orange songs and talk about the letters in each of these words.
Suzy Square: We will identify squares that we see around our classroom and will practice drawing squares with corners.
Letter Gg song with objects and picture identification
Turkey colors song: We will identify colors and take turns giving our turkeys different color feathers.
Five Little Turkeys poem, number identification and sequencing

Upcoming Events and Reminders
Please label everything that comes to school with your child's name. Outerwear, lunchboxes, water bottles, etc. Sometimes they put their things in the wrong cubbies and this helps us figure it all out! A piece of painter or masking tape works fine.
Wednesday, November 17th is OC Taylor Night at Black Walnut Cafe from 4 until close. Please consider coming there for dinner and supporting our PTA.
November 22-26th is Thanksgiving Break. There will be no school that week. Enjoy your time with your families!
