If so, how many, and what features and volume requirement are expected? Response: We don't need spare copiers onsite, only spare parts that may be installed by the IT staff. High capacity trays are the paper feeder trays (included in the total paper trays) that can hold over 1,000 sheets. Is your current fleet compatible with the version you have now? Response: We currently scan to a folder and then use software to fax the image from Microsoft Outlook and would continue to do it this way if the copier/MFP is not configurable/compatible. The county is currently using the M201 which will not copy or print 11X17 in low volume areas. Response: Ideally, we would like to be able to access our personal MS Exchange Contacts. Is that your normal average for Color?
