Raiko and Author Pages

First up, I've got a version of Raiko up.

I wanted to create a fight that ramped up as the fight went on, with her adding new parts with each segment of the fight. She's well suited to being a boss, as well as working well in a smaller area.

Secondly, I think I'll make a subpage for each character, so that I can properly go over how I intended for them to work, as well as to clear up how abilities should work.
