Features:

Burning: Empowered by the sun, the air around Utsuho shimmers, sometimes even turning into a bright halo of heat and light. Utsuho is wreathed in divine flame. Creatures that are grappling or being grappled by Utsuho suffer 2d6 fire damage at the beginning of each of her turns. (This also applies to creatures that eat, etc. her.)

Divine Flame: The flame of the gods burns through all resistance. Utsuho's attacks and abilities ignore resistances to fire damage. Additionally, she treats immunity to fire damage as resistance instead.

One Arm: The third leg of Yatagarasu, Utsuho's arm is a symbol of her divinity. Utsuho's right arm is encased in a massive control rod. She cannot hold things with her right arm, nor can she grapple with it.

Actions:

Heat Beam: A beam of white flame bursts from Utsuho, leaving a scorched trail in its wake. Utsuho fires a beam of 300 ft. in length. All creatures within the beam must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. Creatures that fail this save take 8d6 fire damage, or half as much on a successful save.

Hell and Heaven Meltdown (1/day): Utsuho summons two miniature suns that bathe the area in extreme heat. Utsuho creates two spheres with a radius of 60 ft. At the beginning if her next turn, they ignite, dealing 12d6 fire damage to all creatures within them. A creature that enters these spheres or ends its turn within one once the spheres are ignited suffer 12d6 fire damage. These spheres last until Utsuho is reduced to 0 hit points, or she dismisses them.

Multiattack: Utsuho makes three High Tension Blade attacks.

High Tension Blade: Utsuho creates a blade of light, and strikes. Melee weapon attack. +9 to hit, 2d8 fire and 2d8 radiant damage, 10 ft. reach

Giga Flare: With a tremendous bang, an area is suddenly ignited, the herald of the sundering explosion that follows shortly after. Utsuho creates an explosion centred on a point within 120 ft. of her with a 30 ft. radius. Creatures within this area must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, suffering 8d6 fire damage on a failure, and half as much on a success.

Self Tokamak: The divine flame purifies Utsuho. Utsuho removes all conditions from herself.

Legendary Actions (3 uses):

Rocket Dive: A trail of light follows Utsuho, scorching those who try to follow her. Utsuho flies up to 30 ft., leaving a scorching trail behind her that lasts until the beginning of her next turn. Creatures that move through this trail suffer 3d6 fire damage.

Second Sun: The sun's intense light blinds those who look directly at it. Utsuho chooses a point within 120 ft. of her that she can see, causing a bright burst of light. Creatures on the point she chooses must make a DC 18 Dexterity save, suffering 4d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success. Creatures that enter this space or end their turn within it suffer 8d6 fire damage.

The sun emits an intense light. Creatures without blindsight or truesight within 300 ft. of the sun suffer disadvantage when making attacks in the direction of the sun. Shadows cast by objects within 300 ft. of the sun create darkness.

This sun lasts until Utsuho dismisses it or is reduced to 0 hit points. She may only have one sun created this way at a time.

Unarmed Strike: Utsuho makes a melee weapon attack against a creature within 5 ft. of her. This attack has a +9 to hit and deals 3d6+4 bludgeoning damage. A creature hit by this attack is stunned until the end of its next turn.
