Features:

Chi: Meiling's melee weapon attacks are treated as being magical for the purposes of overcoming resistances and immunities.

Evasion: Whenever Meiling is affected by an effect that allows her to make a Dexterity saving throw to take half damage, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails.

Martial Arts: Meiling may make a dash, dodge, disengage or Unarmed Strike action as a bonus action on each of her turns.

Ultimate Move: Whenever Meiling hits a creature with a melee weapon attack, she gains 1 charge. When she has 5 charges, she may instantly use all of her charges and a bonus action to use one of her Ultimate Moves. Her ultimate moves must all be targeted at the creature that she hit to gain her 5th charge, unless stated otherwise. Her Ultimate Moves are resolved instead of the effects of her attack.

Ultimate Moves:

Brilliance "Rainbow Brilliance Palm": Meiling strikes her target, dealing 1d8+5 magical bludgeoning damage. It is then stunned until the end of its next turn, and suffers 3d6 radiant damage.

Firey Attack "Roc-Killing Fist": Meiling her target three times. Each hit deals 1d8+5 magical bludgeoning damage and 2d6 radiant damage.

Chi Sign "Earth Sky Dragon Kick": Meiling kicks her target, dealing 1d8+5 magical bludgeoning damage and 3d6 radiant damage. It is then pushed back up to 30 ft. Meiling then flies directly towards it until she is within 5 ft. of it.

Star Chi "Earth-moving Star Bullets": Meiling draws a 120 ft. line from herself in any direction. Each creature the line passes through must make a DC 13 Charisma saving throw, suffering 6d6 radiant damage on a failure, and half as much on a success.

Ultimate Colour "Mad Colourful Dance": All creatures within 10 ft. of Meiling must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. Creatures that fail take 4d6 radiant damage and are knocked back up to 10 ft., while creatures that pass take half as much damage and are not knocked back.

Chi Sign "Star Bullets": Ranged magical attack. Range 120 ft., +5 to hit, 2d8+2 radiant damage.

Earth Dragon Wave: Meiling draws a 30 ft. line along the ground beginning from her. All creatures on that line must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or suffer 3d6 magical bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. Creatures that pass take half as much damage and are not knocked prone.

Sky Dragon Kick: Melee weapon attack. +8 to hit, 1d8+5 bludgeoning damage and 2d6 radiant damage. If the attack hits, her target is knocked 10 ft. back, and Meiling flies 10 ft. directly towards it.

Multiattack: Meiling makes two Unarmed Strikes.
