Features:
Reflex Actions: Koishi has a number of reflex actions, each with a trigger and an action. At the end of each of her turns, she may choose up to two reflex actions.
Before the beginning of her next turn, the first time each of her chosen reflex actions is triggered, the associated effect immediately triggers.
Koishi does not need to be aware of a creature for it to trigger one of her reflex actions. Triggering one of her reflex actions also causes Koishi to become aware of the creature that triggered it.
- Lightbulb: The next time a creature is directly above Koishi and within 10 ft. of her, it takes 2d6 radiant damage.
- Ping: Koishi chooses a line extending 60 ft. from her in any direction. The first time a creature moves through that line, it takes 2d6 lightning damage, and its speed is reduced to 0 for the rest of that turn.
- Lash Out: The next time a creature moves within 5 ft. of Koishi, she makes a knife attack against that creature.
- Silence: The next time a creature within 5 ft. of Koishi casts a spell, Koishi immediately makes a knife attack against that creature. That creature must make a concentration test. On a failure, the spell is countered.
- Trip: The next time a creature leaves the area within 5 ft. of Koishi, she may make a knife attack against that creature. If the attack hits, the creature is knocked prone.
- Readied Action: Koishi chooses a circumstance and an action. Koishi must perform the action when the circumstance occurs; she cannot choose whether she does it or not.
