The next time the initiative step equal to the number rolled occurs, the Great Catfish appears.
It falls from the sky on the point chosen, dealing 6d6 bludgeoning damage to any creature it falls on.
Its impact upon the ground then creates an earthquake. Every creature within 300 ft. that is on the ground is knocked prone and suffers 6d6 bludgeoning damage. The tremors can also have additional effects on objects and buildings within the area, at the DM's discretion.
