Animal Companions (1/day): Kasen summons her animal companions, Koutei, Kanda, Mukou and Houso. She does not have to summon all of her companions at once, but may only summon each once each day.

  • Whilst Kasen is within 10 ft. of Koutei, Kasen ignores resistances, immunities and other effects that reduce or negate damage.

  • Whilst Kasen is within 10 ft. of Kanda, her speed is increased by 20 ft. until the end of that turn. Kasen may only be affected by this ability once at any time.

  • Whilst Kasen is within 10 ft. of Mukou, she gains resistance to lightning damage and is immune to being paralysed.

  • Whilst Kasen is within 10 ft. of Houso, Kasen negates half the damage she would take from all sources, before accounting for resistances and immunities. All damage prevented this way is taken by Houso instead.

Animal Tongue: Kasen can communicate freely with beasts. A beast of Intelligence 6 or below will obey commands she gives it.

Legendary Resistance (5/day): When Kasen fails a saving throw, she may instead choose to pass it.

Missing Arm: All of Kasen's melee attacks have an additional 10 ft. of reach.

Actions:

Multiattack: Kasen makes three unarmed strikes.

Unarmed Strike: Melee weapon attack, +13 to hit, 3d6+8 magical bludgeoning damage. A creature his by this attack is wrapped in bandages and must make its choice of either a DC 17 Strength or Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, it becomes grappled, by Kasen, and is additionally restrained for the duration of this grapple, and suffers 2d6+4 radiant damage at the end of each of its turns while grappled this way.
