Mermaid's Makeup

A case of magical makeup, commonly used by Mermaids to allow themselves to walk on land. It can also be used by other species for the same effect. It's also waterproof, and contains the remover within the case.

It may be applied to a human-like creature over 5 minutes. At the end of this, the creature's lower half becomes a pair of legs, and the creature gains a ground speed of 30 ft. This effect lasts for 24 hours, or until removed. A single case contains enough material to apply 30 times. Removing does not use up an additional use.

It may also be used as a disguise kit.
