Ice Manipulation: Cirno can lower the temperature in a 5 ft. cube within 60 ft. of herself.

  • She may encase an object in ice. Weapons frozen this way are rendered unusable. An object frozen this way remains frozen until thawed out. An object that is too large is only frozen in the area of effect.
  • She may attempt to freeze a creature. That creature must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. On a failed saving throw, it suffers 4d6 cold damage, and the below effects. On a successful saving throw, it takes half as much damage and does not suffer the below effects.
    • If the creature is medium or large, it becomes restrained. A creature may use its action to attempt to break free by making a DC 13 Strength test, successfully freeing itself on a success.
    • If the creature had already been restrained this way, or if the creature is small or smaller, it must pass a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or it is frozen solid and killed.
