Features:

Immortality: At the beginning of each of her turns, Kaguya recovers 30 HP, and recovers from all injuries (such as damaged or destroyed limbs).

She is immune to disease and poison.

Additionally, if Kaguya is slain, she immediately returns to life within 60 ft., regains all of her HP and removes all conditions from herself.

Manipulation of Eternal and Instant: Kaguya can manipulate both eternity and the instantaneous.

  • She can use a bonus action to end an effect she is aware of that allows a creature to take additional actions or turns, such as Haste or Time Stop.
  • She can use an action to put an object, creature, or the area of up to a 20 ft. cube in stasis, indefinitely preserving it in an eternal and unchanging state. Anything in stasis this way is entirely unaffected by anything, and cannot be interacted with. An unwilling creature that would be affected must make a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw or be frozen as well. Creatures put in stasis perceive the time from their being put into stasis and being removed as having passed instantaneously. A creature frozen in stasis is treated as being paralyzed. However, it still cannot be affected by anything.
  • She can use an action to cause a spell or effect with a duration to have its effects occur instantaneously. It immediately expires, and any effects that would have occurred as a part of its effects over its remaining duration take effect immediately.
  • She can use an action to cause an object, creature, or the area of up to a 20 ft. cube to speed up. It immediately ages as though over an amount of time of Kaguya's choosing. An unwilling creature that would be affected must make a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw to resist being affected.
  • She can use an action to infinitely extend an instant over an object, creature, or the area of up to a 20 ft. cube. To those outside, things inside appear to be frozen in time. To those inside, they perceive things outside as occurring instantaneously. Creatures affected are considered to be paralyzed. An unwilling creature that would be affected must make a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw to resist the effect.

Five Impossible Requests:

Kaguya has a number of rare items that she can call upon to aid her. Some of these must be held in one or both hands in order to be used.

Additionally, it is reasonable to assume that she has access to any magical item, including ones not listed here.

  • Buddha's Stone Bowl

While holding this in one hand, Kaguya gains resistance to magic damage, and has advantage on saving throws against spells.

  • Jeweled Branch of Hourai

While holding this in one hand, when Kaguya takes her Multiattack action, she makes four Jewel Shot attacks instead of two.

  • Robe of the Fire Rat

While wearing this, Kaguya gains immunity to fire damage. At the beginning of each of their turns, each creature within 20 ft. of her takes 2d4+2 fire damage.

  • Jewel from the Dragon's Neck

While holding this in one hand, Kaguya's magic attacks deal an additional 2d8 force damage.

  • Swallow's Cowry Shell

While holding this in one hand, Kaguya recovers an additional 15 HP at the beginning of each of her turns.

  • Lunar Ilmenite

While holding this in one hand, at the beginning of each of their turns, each creature within 10 ft. of Kaguya take 10 radiant damage. Additionally, they cannot recover HP until the beginning of their next turn.

  • Red Stone of Aja

While holding this in one hand, Kaguya's magic attacks deal an additional 2d6 fire damage.

  • Seamless Ceiling of Kinkaku-ji

Kaguya chooses a 30 ft. square, with any part of the square within 40 ft. of herself. Creatures above this area that are more than 5 ft. from the ground are slammed down to the ground, taking falling damage as appropriate (1d6 per 10 ft. fallen, up to a maximum of 20d6, and is knocked prone unless it took no damage).

It then creates a magical barrier that prevents flight within the area.

A creature that enters this area while it is active and is also more than 5 ft. above the ground is also slammed into the ground.

This ceiling may only be removed by the Dispel Magic spell, cast as a 6th level spell or higher.

  • Mysterium

While holding this in one hand, Kaguya may use her reaction to a spell being cast that targets her or includes her within its area of effect to be absorbed into the Mysterium.

The spell's effects are nullified, and the Mysterium gains 1 charge for each level of spell slot used to cast the spell. For example, a Magic Missile spell cast using a 3rd level spell slot would grant 3 charges.

She may also use the Mysterium as an action to dispel an ongoing magical effect. This succeeds automatically against a spell of 7th level or below. Against a spell of 8th level or above, Kaguya makes a roll with +12 against the caster's spell save DC. On a success, the spell ends.

Dispelling a magical effect this way grants 1 charge for each level of spell slot used to cast the spell.

When Kaguya hits with a magical attack, she may expend any number of Mysterium charges to add 1d6 force damage for each charge expended this way.

All charges are lost at sunrise.

Legendary Resistance (3/day): When Kaguya fails a saving throw, she may choose to pass it instead.

Actions:

Multiattack: Kaguya makes two Jewel Shot attacks.

Jewel Shot: Ranged magic attack. 300 ft. range. +13 to hit, 2d8+4 force damage.

Legendary Actions (3 uses):

Manipulation of Eternal and Instant: Kaguya may use any part of her Manipulation of Eternal and Instant feature.
