Misfortune: Depending on her will, good or bad fortune may suddenly befall those around her. Hina is able to gather and spread misfortune. Whenever a creature within 60 ft. of her succeeds or fails on an attack roll, ability check or saving throw, she may have that creature re-roll that result.
She may also cause a within 60 ft. creature to lose advantage or disadvantage when it makes an attack roll, ability check or saving throw.
If a creature would re-roll a dice while within 60 ft. of Hina, she may prevent that re-roll from occurring.
Spinning: Hina often seems to be spinning, as though in a dance, floating through the air. Hina's near-constant spinning makes it difficult to get a hold on her. She has advantage on tests to resist being grappled.
