Chen is up!

I wanted to have a go at making a less powerful character, so I went with Chen. She's the first character to have her own spell list, and to use the information from the Comparing Different CR article.

I still can't help but feel that many high CR monsters in the MM are a bit on the weak side. I think it's mostly that PCs have too much HP to really have to worry about the monster. Anyway, Hold Person is a nasty surprise for anyone.
