Hakurouken

This blade comes in two forms: the sword which Youmu Konpaku wields, and one of the blades infused with her power.

The blade infused with her power, when used, allows the user to instantly move 40 ft. in any direction. The user may move through creatures with no penalty while moving this way. It has three charges, and recovers all three at the end of a long rest.

The true Hakurouken, typically wielded by Youmu Konpaku, is a magical longsword. It confers +3 to attack and damage rolls. It ignores all resistances and immunities, and damage from it cannot be negated or reduced in any way.
