Four-Foot Magic Bomb

A magical explosive device.

When deployed as an action, it begins a countdown. At the end of the user's next turn, it detonates. Each creature within a 20 ft. radius of the bomb takes 6d6 force damage. Additionally, all magical effects within this area are dispelled as though with a Dispel Magic spell, cast as with a 4th level spell slot.
