Actions:

Barrage (1/day, recharge 5-6): Shinki creates a 120 ft. cone from herself. All creatures within this cone must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw. Creatures that fail suffer a -3 to both their AC and all saving throws for 1 hour. All creatures within the cone must then make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. Creatures that fail suffer 6d6 force damage and 6d6 fire damage, while those that pass take half as much damage.

Great Magic "Devil's Recitation": Shinki unleashes more of her power. She recovers 50 hit points. While she is in this state, Shinki imposes disadvantage on all saving throws she causes. Six wings emerge from her, holding her aloft, and she gains a fly speed of 60 ft. She gains the ability to use Bladewing.

Obliteration: Shinki chooses a creature within 120 ft. of her. That creature must make a DC 18 Intelligence saving throw. On a failure, they suffer 6d6 necrotic damage and 6d6 force damage and they are stunned until the end of their next turn. On a success, they take half as much damage and are not stunned.

Phalanx Shot: Shinki creates a 60 ft. cube from herself. All creatures within the cube must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, suffering 6d6+5 force damage on a failure, and half as much on a success.
