The image is chicken penne pesto pasta. I love this stuff.
One thing that sounds odd but tastes good is box macaroni and cheese mixed with tuna salad. There's a sauce recipe over on the sauces page for alfredo or cheese sauce.
I've made the chicken penne pasta pesto, the homemade and the twice baked macaroni and cheese, the stroganoff, the pesto vegetable pasta, the lasagna casserole, the garlic chicken alfredo, and the beef and mushroom spaghetti.

Delicious! Came out delightful. I mostly precooked the alfredo noodles and used a whole bag, added some flour and cornstarch to thicken and some more heavy cream (I used heavy cream). I only did one pound of shrimp.
