Lamb and other meats
You don't find mutton at the store anymore, would like to try it. If I ever get to try rabbit or goose I'll put it in here too, if it is good. Did try duck once, baked one pretty plain for a holiday but ... I don't know if how I made it did it justice. The image is lamb chop with balsamic vinegar sauce.
There weren't any lamb, mutton, or game recipes recipes in the family box of clippings, but I do have one good lamb chop recipe off the net. Small children may not like it. I tried ostrich once and found it to be a very low fat meat. I'll add to this stub page if I ever get an opportunity to make a good recipe with less common meats.
