Beef
The image is mom's meatloaf, good stuff.
I've made and can vouch for the spaghetti, shish kabobs, the stew, the stroganoff, the burrito supremes, the bulgogi, meatloaf, BBQ ribs, yorkshire pudding, and the tahini fried steak.
Temperature
160 = medium
145 = rare
165 = what I personally always cook to
There's two general ways to tell if cuts of beef are done. Visually you slice the meat, and when it is only slightly pink it is done. If there is a bone you do the slice check next to the bone. For pan fried beef follow the cooking time lengths and temperature settings.
I prefer to do the thermometer method. Stick a thermometer into the beef, next to the bone if there is a bone, and check the temperature.

Pretty good, tastes the way my aunt made it. I added a flat of mushrooms and used less oil since the hamburger provides grease.
The Best Easy Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry - http://www.food.com/recipe/the-best-easy-beef-and-broccoli-stir-fry-99476
Not bad at all. I added mushrooms. A standard stir fry. I'm going to keep this one in mind for when there's leftover meat in the house of any kind. I used fresh grated ginger as well.
One seasoning mix for steaks I used for a couple months
Garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt. Can be used on chicken too.
