New / Pending: The order has been recently placed and is awaiting processing. Our team is currently verifying stock availability with the vendor.
Confirmed: Stock has been successfully verified and confirmed.
Processing: Your order is being actively prepared and moved through the fulfillment process.
Shipping: The order is on its way to the designated delivery address.
Delivered: The order has arrived at its destination and the transaction is complete.
On Hold: The order is temporarily paused and not being processed at this time.
Refunded: A refund is currently being processed for the order.
Failed: The order was not successfully completed. Our team is reviewing the issue and will assist you shortly.
Canceled: The order has been canceled, either at your request or due to specific circumstances. Please contact our support team for more information or help.
