EMPLOYEE STATUS DEFINITIONS

Introduction

On the Esevel platform, understanding employee status is essential for managing workforce dynamics effectively. Employee statuses—such as active, onboarding, and offboarding—provide critical insights into an employee’s current situation within the organization.

Active
The user is an active employee under the organisation. 

Onboarding
An employee record has been created for the new employee, and they are not yet onboarded.

Offboarding
An offboarding request has been submitted for the employee and the request is being processed. 

Offboarded
The offboarding request has been completed and employee has left the organization.
