You need to be an IT/HR Admin to trigger this action.
Login to your Esevel Platform Dashboard.
2. After logging in, navigate to the Support Screen and click the "Add to Slack" button to initiate the integration process.
3. Press "Continue" in the dialog box. You will then be redirected to the Slack authorization page.
4. Click the "Allow" button to complete the authorization step.
5. Once completed, you will be redirected back to your Esevel ticket listing. You will now see a small note instead of the "Add to Slack" button, indicating that the integration is now active.
6. Now, the next step is to open your Slack workspace and either choose an existing channel or create a new one instead.Â
7. Next, select the channel's details to open the channel details dialog.
8. Click on the "Integrations" tab, then choose "Add an App."
9. On the next screen, choose "Esevel Support" and click "Add."
10. After adding the Esevel Support app to your channel, a pop-up notification will appear, indicating that the channel is now ready for ticket creation.
📌Additional Notes
You can add our Esevel Support app to multiple channels in your Slack workspace by following the same steps for each channel. Refer to Steps 6-10 on the above guide.Â

Uninstall from Slack Workspace
If you decide to uninstall the integration from your workspace, please follow the guide below:
From your dashboard, go to the Settings Screen, click on "Integrations," and then hit the "Disable" button. This will automatically remove the integration from your Slack workspace.
