1) Adding the Managed Device
For the Secure and Complete Plan
A managed device is one that is tracked and maintained by your IT team or service provider. These devices are typically enrolled in a device management system, allowing for remote support, software updates, security controls, and compliance monitoring.

2) Adding the Unmanaged Device
An unmanaged device is not tracked or controlled by your IT system. These are usually personal or temporary devices used by employees, such as BYOD (Bring Your Own Device).
➤ Use this option if the device is not enrolled in any management platform but still needs to be recorded for reference or limited tracking. Â
