A loaner device is a temporary device provided to an employee while their primary device is being repaired or replaced. Esevel offers loaner devices to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity during repair or warranty claim processes.
Loaner devices are subject to availability and are typically provided for a limited duration.
📌Pre-Requisite
You need to be an IT/HR Admin to trigger these action.
Your organization needs to be on the Support or Complete Plan. You will be entitled to use the loaner device free of charge for up to 7 working days. After this period, charges may apply.
If you are on the Credits Plan, the setup fee will be deducted from your credits balance.
Logistic fee will be charge separately (pick up and delivery back)Â
Loaner devices will be offered if your device is currently undergoing repair.
1) Submitting the Repair/Warranty Request
2) Complete the Form:

3) Await Our Response:
Expect our team to contact you with the next steps regarding your claim.
4) Complete the Return Form once the loaner device is no longer needed or the loan period has ended.
