We do not allow pickup orders. All items will be coming from our vendor's warehouse which is not open to the public. If you require your order urgently, please write to us at customersupport@esevel.com.
Additional costs might apply for the expedited delivery.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
The delivery time for your order depends on several factors including stock availability, processing time, and shipping location. Here's a general timeline:
Order Confirmation: 1-2 working days for stock check and confirmation. With condition:
If the stock is available, we will proceed to step 2.
If the stock is unavailable, we will email you separately to offer a replacement model with the same specifications that we have in stock.
If the models that are indent (CTO), we will seek your confirmation before finalizing the order.
Processing Time: 2-3 working days for the vendor to prepare the stock.
Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days within major and capital cities. For deliveries to provinces or remote areas, additional time may be required depending on the location. Please refer to the Esevel Marketplace Shipping Charges for specific delivery times.
You'll receive order status updates and a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.
To expedite delivery, we collaborate with various authorized vendors to promptly fulfill your orders. Once shipped, most vendors can provide tracking information for each item, which will be shared with you accordingly. Our goal is to ensure you receive your items swiftly and with transparency throughout the process.
We strive to accommodate your requests whenever possible; however, please note that some may incur additional costs. If we’re unable to fulfill a request, we will inform you promptly.
As we work with a third-party logistics provider, we do not have full control over their operations. While delays are rare, they may occur unexpectedly. We recommend allowing sufficient buffer time in your planning to account for any unforeseen delays.

Yes, we are using a courier that includes the option to add insurance for shipping fees in case of damage or the parcel goes missing. However, coverage varies from provider to provider and may be limited.
