MFA Enrollment For JumpCloud User Portal

2. You will be redirected to login into JumpCloud User Portal login page https://console.jumpcloud.com/. Fill in your email address. Click “Continue”.

3. On your Jumpcloud User portal, it appears Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication, click “Set Up Later”.

4. On your JumpCloud User portal, go to the Security tab, click on “Set Up Authenticator App”.

5. On your IOS or Android devices, go to your App Store (for Apple devices) or Play Store (for Android devices) download and install the JumpCloud Protect app.

*Note:

● The JumpCloud Protect app supports iOS version 13 and above, and Android 8.0 and above.

● A user can only be enrolled in JumpCloud Protect on one device.

6. After the JumpCloud Protect app is installed, on JumpCloud User Portal, click “I have An App.”

7. On the JumpCloud Protect app, click “Add Account”.

8. On the JumpCloud User portal, a QR code will appear. On Jumpcloud Protect app, take a photo of the QR code to set up the Authenticator app.

9. After that, a 6 digit code of JumpCloud User will appear on your JumpCloud Protect app.

10. Enter the 6 digit code from JumpCloud Protect app under Verify Your Account, and click “Submit”.

11. Authenticator App Enrollment Successful! Click “Done”.

12. To check if the MFA enrollment is successful, on your Jumpcloud User portal, refer to Security tab Multi-factor Authentication, refer to the message “Authenticator App is active on your account.”
