OKTA SINGLE SIGN ON

Introduction

Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) allows users to access the platform using their organization's existing Okta credentials, eliminating the need to manage a separate username and password. This integration uses OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication to provide a secure and seamless login experience while enabling organizations to centrally manage user identities and access permissions.

📌 Pre-Requisite

• You need to be an IT/HR Admin to trigger this action.

• Required to configure Okta Application in your Okta Admin Console before configure Okta SSO in Tenant Admin Platform. Refer to Okta SSO Configuration Guide for the steps to configure Okta Application.
