π Pre-Requisite
You need to be an IT/HR Admin to trigger these action.
Please ensure that you have added the new employee.
π Adding Unmanaged Employee.
π Adding Managed Employee.
π To Change to Managed DeviceΒ
Once submitted, the asset will automatically move to your Unmanaged Device List and be marked as "Active".Β
Click the "Pencil Button".
Scroll down and choose "Yes".
Once a submitted, the initial status will be βPending Agent Installation.β
To change the status to βActive,β please ensure the following steps are completed:
The employee has activated their JumpCloud account

π Installation Guide for Windows.Update the serial number on the platform to ensure it matches the one registered in JumpCloud.
