What are the steps to Offboard a BYOD Mac device?
To Offboard a BYOD device, IT Admin will perform these steps via JumpCloud Admin Portal:

Unbind the User: In the JC Admin Portal, unbind the user from the device.
Send Delete User Command:
Access the device insights to find the exact “username” of the device.
Send the "Mac - Delete Selected User Account" command to the device, ensuring the command is modified with the correct “username”.
Delete JumpCloud Agent: Once the JC user account has been successfully deleted, remove the JC agent from the device via the JC Admin Portal.
